Cooling Incubator
LABTOP Cooling Incubators (B.O.D.) are especially designed to conduct
life cycle testing, shelf life studies, general incubation and
refrigerated storage. Temperature range adjustable from 5.0 to 60 °C
with micro controller based temperature controller. Chambers are
extensively used for seed testing, biological studies etc…. The
cabinet of LABTOP cooling incubators are insulated with high density CFC
free Poly Urethane Foam. Interior of chamber is mirror finish stainless
Steel (304 SS, 0.8 mm thick). The exterior is white powder coated (1.0
mm thick) Mild Steel and the door has a magnetic gasket with a keyed
door lock. Stainless steel utility baskets are provided for storage
inside. The cooling is effected by a hermitically sealed compressor of
high quality. Complete Unit in total Stainless steel (Inside and
outside) is also manufactured by Skylab. |

Stability Test Chamber
LABTOP Stability Test Chambers are especially designed to conduct
stability and shelf life studies on drug and drugs substances. In
addition to this, Labtop Stability Test Chambers are extensively used
for seed testing, biological studies, testing on electronic &
mechanical components, Cement plants, packaging industries etc…
The cabinet of Labtop Stability Test Chamber is insulated with high density CFC free Poly Urethane Foam. Interior of chamber is mirror finish resistant stainless Steel (304SS, 0.8 mm thick). The exterior is white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) MS and the door has a magnetic door gasket with a keyed door lock. Stainless steel utility basket or pull-trays are provided for storage inside. The cooling is effected by a hermitically sealed compressor of high quality. Complete Unit in total Stainless steel (Inside and outside) is also manufactured by Skylab. |

VALIDATI0N : For GMP compliant models LABTOP
offers IQ, OQ and PQ validation with documentation, reports, calibration
and test certificates.
CALIBRATION : The equipment is calibrated
with the help of master calibrator, which is certified for its accuracy
by Electronics Regional Testing Laboratory (ERTL West) - Government of
India recognized testing laboratory with traceable reference to National
Physical Laboratories (NPL).
SOFTWARE : PC Interface with 2 way
communication hardware allows remote monitoring and data logging to
control the chamber. Windows based software having reports in tabular as
well as graphical form. |
Bacteriological Incubator
The LABTOP Bacteriological Incubators are non-refrigerated version of
BOD Incubator. These are designed for close control of incubation.
Temperature range from 5 °C above ambient to 60 °C
